Dr. Hubo Cai is a Professor of the Lyles School of Civil and Construction Engineering at Purdue University. Dr. Cai received his Bachelor’s degree in construction management engineering from Tongji University in 1998, and MS and Ph.D. in civil engineering from North Carolina State University in 2002 and 2004, respectively.
